One of the cashiers is very rude

Horrible customer service. Was charged twice for my gas because i was told my card was declined. Wouldn't reimburse me without a bank statement so i had to drive all the way back out with proof of being charged 51$ twice!, even after showing my bank info on my phone!! It was ridiculous! Worst customer service ever... will NOT be returning again.

I know it's covid, but when you have hours saying open until 6 and then are closed @5:30 and you don't answer the phone, and I guess know one there is smart enough to know how to change your answering machine that gives totally wrong hours!

Careful they don't charge you twice. Dealt with a very rude cashier that made us pay twice for gas, even after proving we payed for it. Had to then travel to BMO on harbour expressway (only branch open on Saturday) to receive a bank statement, to then travel back to K&A to get our money back. A waste of time and gas. Highly recommend traveling a little further to THP Variety! Very friendly service, and generally has slightly lower prices.

The gas pumps are not accurate. How do you put in 29.8 litres of gas in a 25 litre gas can. They are stealing from their customers

The gas is cheap because it’s dirty. It will ruin your engine.
