BP in Bells (6022 US-412 S)

Clean, bright and very well organized. Outside area always well maintained.

I usually go here for tickets or drinks since it's convenient. I don't think the girls who are there normally are nice or helpful at all... I have been getting my stuff at the Citgo by McDonald's instead, they are much more customer friendly!

The far outside pump has been out of service for at least a month. Each time I pull up to that pump I end up moving to the other side, fill up and again, for the last month at least, have to go inside to get a receipt. Typically when I go in there the person behind the counter is on the phone or talking to somebody else hanging out at the store. When I finally get receipt, the expression on the person's says it all . . . " you are bothering me". When I moved here about two years ago, the service was about the same, but they had old worn out pumps and as luck will have it, the same location/pump was not working then either. Time to stay away and go elsewhere. Owner . . . it is time to fix your equipment and hire some employees who actually relate to the customers in a positive manner. You had it going there for awhile, but it has returned back to the same bad service.

"neighborhood convenient" , high priced, newely paved lot, upgraded pumps, but sometimes paper is out.

The staff members I've encountered are not professional or helpful. I'd advise finding another gas station in the area.
