Prices in Franklin are usually approx 20 cents higher than in New Iberia so a lot of my Franklin friends run errands in NI and tank up there rather than in town. However, station is clean and in convenient location. I've heard the coffee is excellent!
Good customer service
No paper in machine!
Love love the workers, couldn’t ask for better!
The station is as clean as others in town. Customers come and are nice, Some throw chicken boxes and other diapers and stuff. The store has a guy who picks up the trash .
This station is actually pretty nice. It's usually clean and the cashiers are friendly enough. If you get a coupon for 🆓 coffee ☕ (w/any purchase) from the pump, good luck trying to use it because some of the cashiers don't know what a "qualifying purchase" is to get the 🆓 coffee ☕. That's supposed to include gasoline but some cashiers thi k that a physical item has to be bought in-store to redeem it. 🤨
ok 👌
Well lit Busy corner station. Customer Service has much improved. They could have their grass cut more often to make the spot look a bit better kept. Watch for traffic coming into the lot. No cross lines are often disregarded.
My favorite place
The store is good and they offer very good deals on gas and other things in the store

This stations price differences are out of control. 30 cents more from one octane to another. Traffic into and out of the pumping areas should be watched closely to avoid getting in an accident. The shell parking area to the front left is going to be bumpy as well. Haven't been i side in years but I've heard it's usually a hassle so many avoid the place due to that alone.
I didn't use the restroom 🚽 there but it's OK. Customer Service leaves something to be desired. It decently clean inside.

It's located in the heart of a bad neighborhood so be careful but not overly cautious. You'll draw unnecessary attention to yourself. Cashiers are often friendly and helpful.
