BP in Merritt Island (2525 N Banana Dr)

Customer service depends on who's behind the counter. The male manager/owner is friendly, sociable, and responsive. There is a middle aged woman who is almost always on the phone and definitely not interested in customers.

Small store with pumps

Trash cans are always full, fueling stations are filthy including cobwebs and bugs you have to brush away to use the payment screens. There is never any clean water with cleaning product for windshield cleaning. There have been skimmers placed here on more than one occasion.

The owner VK is very friendly and sociable. The other two are always on the phone. The woman is not friendly at all and gives me the impression that I'm bothering her. Cleanliness is an issue. Bathrooms are horrible and the whole place smells funny. While I go here often, my wife refuses for the aforementioned reasons.
