CITGO in Malta (2429 US-9)

I pulled into this gas station to report the prices and to fill my tank. As I pulled in I noticed all of the pumps had a note taped to them stating that you must select credit for all card purchases. I am not paying a fee to use my debit card as a credit card just so that Citgo can save money while they're making money hand over fist on subsidized gas prices.

Pump nozzles have had the locks removed on every one I've used, so you have to stand there in the weather holding the nozzle.

Gas pumps allow you to lock the nozzle so you don't have to wait outside in the cold. has convenience items inside but very small area.

This station is currently demolished. There is no station or pumps

Why are gas prices posted? I went there last night and found an excavator there which tore down the bldg as well as removed all gas pumps.

Closed for construction.
