Convenient location. Has an adjacent Subway. Gas prices are not as competitive as in town. Should be more accessible once the 287 construction is done.
Gas is high compared to stations within a mile. No customer service skills, they just could care less.
This Exxon station is located at a traffic-lighted intersection on the highway between Waxahachie and Midlothian. Only competition in that area is a Shell across the highway. Full convenience store packed with goodies. Easy in and out. Gas prices usually 10-15 cents higher than in-town.

There is always bees surrounding the trash cans and there is never any water to clean your windshield. Also, the gas station could benefit from a good pressure wash.
