Shell in Cross Plains (8736 TN-25 E)

the rear parking lot is absolutly horrible. It is full of huge potholes. even crawling and dodgiging them it is unacctable. To top that the sign facing highway had incorrect price. the sign for DEISEL said 2.49 but the sign facing store said 2.89. I went inside and the manager told me they don't have a sign facing the highway. well it is on the road in front of the store and it faces the road, the entrance ramp and I 65. We left and double checked it and she was wrong. I called back and then she insisted I was looking at price for regular. We took a photo and I called back a third time. now she says a tech is fixing. too bad THERE must be a shortage of good customer service in this area. worst treatment we have had on the road full time in three years.

Staff is always friendly and is a decent place for quick breakfast and coffee
