CITGO in Seabrook (8 Batchelder Rd)

The large sign out front states a price per gallon of gas. I thought that was what I'd be paying for my gas. I pumped the gas, paid with my credit card & got my receipt. I was surprised to see that the price I paid per gallon was higher. I looked at the top of the pump where the sign shows the prices. It was clear & easy to see the prices that I thought I was paying but hidden underneath, very hard to see & behind a lot of other signage there is a series of higher prices. The top ones that are clearer & easier to read are for paying cash! The bottom, which is very difficult to see & read are for paying with credit card. Very deceiving & distrustful way of doing business, in my opinion! I went inside to see if they could credit back my card & I'd pay cash for the gas but was told they don't do that & I'd have to take it up with Citgo Corporate. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer!

Pump was off while the canopy light are on , and nothing saying that pump hours

Fun local staple for food and fuel

Station and prices were fine but BATHROOM LOCKED; when I asked if that's because it's out of order or whether there's no bathroom, I was told "you can thank the travelers who used our bathroom to OD so we locked it up". Outrageous that would be MY problem now...I found another bathroom and won't be back to fuel up there anymore.

Pay attention to the prices on the pump. They reflect prices for Cash transactions as well as Credit pricing. Take the time to understand what you are paying based on how you pay. Some get fooled because they did not read the price correctly on each pump. CASH or CREDIT prices are clearly marked.

Early Sunday I arrived just as the store associate did, instead of being moody & telling me the pumps were not on & making me move on, in a very Friendly manner she asked me to give her a couple mins.and she would turn the pumps on. "O'Brien's, Great prices, even better Service!"
