Chevron in Burbank (800 N Hollywood Way)

My pregnant wife rushed in to ask about the restroom after being in the car for 2 hours while on a road trip to visit her grandmother. The store clerk who seemed very annoyed by our presence said she could not use the restroom until after we poured gas since it was for customers only. My wife pleaded but he didn't care.

Rude & sullen people work at this place, not helpful at all. They don't give a crap about the customers. Hate to say it, but just like the majority of gas stations in Los Angeles, I'll bet these owners more then likely were not born here & don't understand or care about customer service!

Nice restroom and all, but they will charge you $0. 50 for it or you can buy anything. Shady. Their inventory looks like they have almost nothing on one side of the store.

watch out for pump 5 Premium. The nozzle was leaking gas from where the hose connects to the nozzle itself. This was on 9/23/17, not sure if they've bothered to fix it yet. They didnt seem concerned about it when I told them.

Credit card consistently rejected at pump; don't have his problem at any other local Chevrons or other brands.
