BP in Birmingham (3800 CLAIRMONT AVE S)

Not much to talk about. Small store and just a couple of pumps. Gas prices are higher than some other nearby stations.

Definitely not the place to purchase high octane gas, as they are significantly more expensive than nearby stations.

I was treated very, very rudely by what may have been the owner here. I honestly cannot believe the way he spoke to me when I was about to spend money at his store. Needless to say, I took my money and my business across the street. I suggest you do the same. When there is literally another gas station less than 30 feet away, you would think an employee could muster the patience to be polite. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Price always higher than other stations, pump handle has no hold open so you have to squeeze it while the slow pump fills your tank, canopy doesn't effectively protect from rain. I use this station only as a last resort while running in fumes, and that is only because it is close to work. Avoid if you can!
