Shell in Benbrook (900 Winscott Rd)

My last 2 fuel fill-ups were at this station. Bad gas caused my 2017 Nissan Rogue to stop running. It was necessary to have a lot of work done at the dealership to fix the problem. Car stopped running on the freeway and required a tow.

I was in the area a little after midnight and was following Gas Buddy for great gas prices. At first glance it seemed as though the station was closed, as all the lights were out, but I drove around the dark pumps and found to my great delight that the pumps were on and so I was able to get my excellent priced fuel at the best rate around. I haven't had any issues with quality, running my Toyota Tacoma just fine.

It's kind of crowded here which makes it difficult to get to a pump.

Pumps clean, okay price for the area. Outside parking lot area a little worn, cluttered. Did not go inside to rate.

Gas prices are a bit on the high side at this place, easy access from I 20 although you do have to drive one block south of I 20 to get to it. Really good food at the Tucky era
