One of my biggest pet peeves at gas stations, is paying at the pump, but then when it asks if I want a receipt, and I click yes, but it doesn't print it and I end up having to go inside anyways. It doesn't bother me that I have to walk to get it, it bothers me because it defeats the purpose of paying at the pump.
