I stopped to use the restroom which was just ok. Could have used a little pick me up. There was bits of pieces of tissue on the floor of the stall and the sink needed to be wiped down. Didn't try the coffee, as it was too pricey for me. Therefore I had no need to try customer service. The outside lighting is great!
The ladies bathroom could use. an overhaul. Prices for snacks, etc are a little steep. Adjoining restaurant 's food isnt very appealing looking.
The restaurant's prices are a little steep for food that doesn't look very appetizing. The convenience store prices are also on the steep side. Thfloors

Needs an overhaul desperately. The parking lot is in terrible shape. Looks as though they've recently updated the pumps, too bad they didn't just close and update EVERYTHING. The inside looks dirty and dingy. The prices are steep. The only thing going for it is the customer service. She was really nice.
