LAS VEGAS (October 11, 2015) - GasBuddy, the leading price-comparison gas app and website with over 52 million downloads and 10 million monthly unique visitors, introduces two new offerings: GasBuddy for Business Native, a native ad platform that enables QSR and relevant retail establishments to put their businesses within the search results and map on the GasBuddy application; and beacon technology that provides c-stores and CPGs the ability to deliver personalized, highly targeted messages and location-specific offers to GasBuddy's enormous user network via their mobile devices.
GasBuddy for Business Native
Every day, millions of drivers use GasBuddy to determine where to fuel up. GasBuddy crowdsources gas price information in order to tell users where the nearest and cheapest gas stations are located. With GasBuddy for Business Native, QSR locations can now integrate their message and brand directly in the search results and map of the #1 gas app, which will reach users in the context of their daily commute, road trips and business trips.

Drivers can click the native ad on the list page to navigate to the store specific page where all the content is controlled by the brand itself. Through the native dashboard, each brand has the ability to easily manage and curate their individual sites on the GasBuddy app like highlighting promotions, driving downloads of their app, changing logos, icons and tracking results.
Beacon Technology
GasBuddy is now offering free beacons along with a custom beacon dashboard to the entire Gas/Cstore space. Through Bluetooth beacon technology, C-stores and CPGs will be able to increase pump-to-store traffic with hyper-local communication direct to the consumer; they can deliver highly personalized adverts, promotions and discounts to GasBuddy's massive user base.
Through various trials and pilot programs, beacons have proven to dramatically improve retailers' bottom line. In some cases, there have been increases by as much as 83 percent with in-store traffic.
Coupon Portal
GasBuddy's Coupon Portal is a tool that opens up new opportunities for CPG brands and convenience stores to move more inventory and increase basket size. CPGs will now be able to easily create targeted and custom coupons for consumers to redeem at gas station c-stores.
