After ACTIVATING MY GAS BUDDY APP AT THE STATION PUMP ISLAND; Inserted ABOVE my GAS BUDDY CARD INTO THE PUMP ; TYPED THE NUMBERS above the BAR code; then the PUMP SCREEN SAID TO GO INSIDE TO SEE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SCANNED THE BAR CODE BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE GAS BUDDY DISCOUNT HAD TO USE MY COMMERCIAL BANK OF TEXAS MASTER CARD TO PAY FOR THE GAS; this was the :3rd Gas Station That ,i Had Been To and They ALL HAD PROBLEMS

Murphy’s stations seem to be in some sort of competition as to who can be the worst. Pumps will not work, with Walmart +, outside… must go inside to pay. Station is filthy BOTH inside and outside and there is no water to wash windshield with. Restroom is out of order.

More attention to restrooms & parking lot. Collect trash & replace bags more often. Lots of traffic throughout the day. Decent customer service depending on who's working that shift on that day & also plenty of lighting. There's a nice hot deli with lots of variety to choose. Keep floors mopped often from spilled drinks & food. Keep all coolers & shelves stocked when items are low as needed.
