The clerks in this location need to be retrained on how to use the Fuel Rewards. I have twice been in with different clerks had rewards given and then between store and pump they weren't showing. On my last visit, Rewards were used the clerk pushed on button and it declined my Rewards. Then another clerk said if it was declined they couldn't do anything about it. My mom who is a regular there for her gas had to get a new card because she was never given her rewards.
