I have to say....I do like the deal alerts at this EZ Mart as they help you save money. As far as the staff and customer service...there really is none. Very high turnover, everyone is always new, manager quitting often, short staffed, big item outs (has no 32oz cups for 7 straight days until last Thursday.) More importantly, while it isn't the new staff's fault but the manager/company's training program (or lack of one) I have had numerous situations where cashiers didn't know how to ring something up. Overcharged but didn't know how or weren't allowed to refund (been told both.) Always told to "come back and the manager will take care of me" but I can never seem to get an answer or find when the manager works. So I get short changed. My advice?? But gas here and use the deal alerts, but avoid going inside. You are asking for trouble IMO.

Great store just needs more cashiers
