Lady was outside, looked like she was taking a pic of the sign that had the prices of fuel, and talking to herself. I was parked and fueling. The price on the gas receipt was higher than when I started to fuel my car! She yelled at me and said I told you not to start. Very rude person. I told her she should have come and told me price was going up.
