Been ripped off last few times. Ask for Regular and they use Premium. When confronted the attendant says your car got gas so what’s the problem. Finally after numerous times today I decided to call the police and I filed a complaint for ripping off customers. Police were with them

I asked the attendant for $10 in regular gas to be paid in cash. He repeated it back to me, set up the hose and walked away. I turned around to see why it seemed to be taking so long and it was up to $22!!! It made it to almost $29 when he rushed over to stop it at $28.xx. He then apologized and told me that machine is always bad. Apparently he "put in $10 and it registered that I wanted $100 in gas"....!!! And it didn't seem to be stopping at $29 but my tank was full.... If it was always bad, why didn't you tell me to move to one of the other 7 available pumps?!?! Also, what if I did NOT have the cash to cover it?! It's a different price for credit and you have to process the credit before it pumps. It's Christmas time and I'm a nice person so I gave him almost all the cash in my wallet to cover the cost....mostly because I had somewhere to be and didn't want an argument. I won't be stopping there again because their prices are a solid $0.20 more per gallon than other places
