I have been asking the store personnel in Charlotte Hall, Md. for YEARS, that's right, YEARS to contact their corporate office, or district manager or somebody in charge who is responsible for repairing the pumps, and they STILL have not fixed them after all this time. The credit card display/reader is a mess and some are broken and they are barely legible. I have never once been able to get a receipt at the pump and every single time I walk in they say ''it must be stuck'' or ''we haven't had any paper''. It's just a pathetic SCENE and obviously Shell doesn't take enough pride in their product, or they don't train the store owners properly on how to run a clean and efficient business...
