Asked the guy at the register if I pay in cash before I pump the gas will I get the 5 cent discount? He said "no" I asked what difference would it make as long as the amount of gas coming is the same .He said "No if you pay before you pump you get more volume." I told him if I pay $10 for gas inside or not the amount of gas should be the same! His response was" yeah, it's kind of confusing." No it's sounds like fraud to me. Calling Consumers Affairs.
