the manager/attendee did not refill the paper receipts at the gas pumps. this is a convenience for the customers that pay at the pump. if a customer chooses to pay inside the store that is his/her choice. but not to have the idea that the customer that pays outside is not a customer in high regard then you,management will.lose in the long run. the customer who pays outside might have an appointment or emergency than restrict them the time to dwell inside.
