Used pump 9 on 3/23/22 and it had problems. Said my card was invalid at least once. Only pumped $1 or so at a time before stopping. Reported the problem. Avoid pump 9 for now.

MAP PLACEMENT OF THIS STATION IS WRONG! It's actually located just south of Aqui Esta on the west side of 41/Tamiami Trail.

This station claims to have gas, but have no gas. False advertisement to get customers into store; very deceptive and despicable business practice when travelers are desperately seeking gas.

Really don't know what happened to management... but this station has gotten worse!! Finally there's paper after the past 3 weeks with nothing!!

What a joke this Shell gas station is. On 12/9/2017 I stopped in to use the restroom first, then fill my car up. Parked in front of building and walked in. I asked the woman behind counter where the restrooms were located. Her response was both restrooms were out of order. REALLY? ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME? Was it because she saw me pull up to the front first and just assumed I was going to be a non paying customer ? Unbelievable in the year 2017 almost 2018 a Shell gas station off a major route Interstate 75, on a busy Saturday afternoon would have both restrooms down. Hello, does this place have a manager? It was quite obvious the attendant didn't care or bother to inform management. Stay clear of this place that goes by rules from the 70s on restroom use. I have bought gas there several times, but NO MORE! Again what a JOKE this place is in the year 2017 going into 2018. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHELL GAS STATION!
