An employee couldn't count money to another customer that needed some money coming back to him. The wife and me ended up getting involved to see if the guy needed help. He eventually gave the husband his change, but it took too long. 711 needs to train

The staff all just seem unhappy. But otherwise everything else is good!

The main guy that works there is always rude to customers. He is usually on his phone talking to someone when he helps out customers. Also he leaves stuff around his store when doing inventory and I have almost tripped over that stuff.

Very mediocre. Staff was incorrect about an issue I was concerned would happen and when it occurred just as I feared, she could do nothing to fix it and I was screwed. She was nice tho-
