I have came into this gas station several times, seeing that I work on base. Every encounter I have had at this store while Beverly was working was awful. She is rude, inconsiderate, and frankly a bad employee to a store with the main purpose to be “Customer service” . I honestly direct new hires, or visitors to go across the street for better service. A food for thought, every person that walks in that door has a different story. Whether they work on base full time with demanding jobs, just coming back from Afghanistan, or even family death or divorce. She has no idea what people go through, or where they have been and it is ridiculous. Military, Civilians, and contractors all come through this facility. Not all people know the “rules” of purchases of alcohol, cigarettes, dip etc. today I witnessed her being so rude and degrading to an individual trying to buy cigarettes that didn’t know you had to have a “military ID to purchase on base”.
