The store is closed. They closed at 10 pm tonight, sometimes they close sooner sometimes later, you never really know. When the store closes, the pumps are shut off. It's about the only thing that gets turned off. Why would the pumps be off? I am more familiar with stations that leave the pumps usable vs not.
Very small store. Always drinks spilled everywhere. Rudeness from workers if you dare interrupt their life drama stories to conduct business
