Not sure what Hey Mikey is talking about.. I have worked there and the hot dog machine is cleaned nightly and the condiment tray also...The hot dogs are good, Polish dogs from taylors and old fashioned are 100% beef. I talked to the owner, they buy the buns at The chef store 2 to 3 times a week to keep fresh stock...Maybe he caught them on a busy day, customers can make the condiment tray pretty messy really fast, i've done it accidentally.
